We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Call Center Representative to join our team.
In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our operations by handling various administrative tasks and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
From managing phone calls and emails to assisting with client and contractor communications, you'll be an essential part of our team's success.
Responsibilities:
Answering phone calls and providing assistance to callers or directing them to the appropriate party.
Monitoring various company email accounts, as well as assigned client contractor email accounts.
Inputting new claims received from assigned clients and contractors, while allowing estimators and trainees to handle the majority of this task for practice and experience.
Bridging emails into appropriate files for organization and accessibility.
Conducting follow-up calls and sending emails regarding files, as well as engaging in general discussions with insurance adjusters about file statuses.
Researching necessary data and information for file completion and accuracy.
Maintaining the organization of files by ensuring all column information is filled in correctly and cleaning up any discrepancies.
Performing other general administrative tasks and duties as required.
Ensuring office upkeep by maintaining a clean and tidy work environment.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in an administrative role preferred but not required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
