Job Duties and ResponsibilitiesWe are seeking a strategic, savvy Product Marketing Manager to project manage, develop and execute campaign strategies that promote our new device launches and device offers and engage our target audience.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive excitement around device propositions that directly leads to customer conversions and business growth.
Key
Responsibilities:
Build foundational understanding of devices landscape within mobile, including competitive and seasonal dynamics and key customer purchase driversAlign with device demand and supply teams on offer constructs needed throughout the annual GTM cycleOwn integrated 12 month calendar of devices and offers with marketing support planned and channels of activation requiredDevelop and implement comprehensive Go-to-Market plans and strategies that align with brand objectives and drive brand growthConduct market research and gain insights into consumer needs and preferences and use this information to develop targeted marketing campaignsCollaborate with internal teams to develop messaging, creative and content that resonates with target audiencesManage external agencies and vendors to ensure quality and timely execution of marketing initiativesDevelop and manage budgets, timelines and metrics for all marketing campaigns and initiativesMonitor and analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed to maximize ROI and achieve business objectivesBuild and maintain strong relationships with external and internal partners and vendorsEnsure all marketing materials and messaging are consistent with brand guidelines and standardsStay up-to-date with industry trends and provide insights and recommendations to improve marketing effectiveness Skills, Experience and RequirementsEducation and
Experience:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or related fieldMinimum of 5 years of experience in integrated marketing/brand marketing project management, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful campaignsSkills and Qualiifications:
Experience in market research, developing marketing plans and managing budgets and timelinesStrong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholdersStrong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and develop insights that inform marketing strategyExperience with digital marketing, social media, content marketing, local marketing, and in-store marketingAbility to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive attitude and strong work ethicKnowledge of the retail wireless industry a plus Salary RangesCompensation:
$75,600.
00/Year - $103,375.

The base pay range shown is a guideline.
Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
Candidates need to successfully complete a pre-employment screen, which may include a drug test and DMV check.
This will be posted for a minimum of 3 days or until the position is filled.
Salary:
$75,600.
00 - $103,375.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
